- Has developed an easy way to adjust clamp frames in our New ATM Shuttle Machine. This system may be convertible in other machines, but we will have to evaluate the machine to see if and what it will take to make the upgrade. We believe we have one of the most user friendly quick change Clamp Frames Systems now developed for any machine, Rotary or Shuttle.
- Has also provided different styles of Articulating Clamp Frames.
- Has developed one of the most proven and reliable Oven Safe Systems on the market today. This video is an early version; we have changed the material to a Kevlar High Temp and have improved the speed for deploying system when material breaks beam in oven.
- With ATM’s Oven Package on our new machines we have found through our customers that you can set oven percentages down 25%, will reduce heat cycle time 8%, and add about 6-8 more parts a shift. (These numbers are conservative.)
This calculation is based on a customer running polyethylene on an ATM machine compared to a competitor’s machine they have in house.
- ATM has also provided quick change tool applications, and has provided solutions to material handling to load station and unload from machine.
- ATM has also developed a solution for Rotary’s if you have a problem with Locks locating
wheel location.
